Somebody in your organisation has been meaning to write the AI section of the acceptable use policy for about eight months. This is that section — plus the slides, plus the awkward message you have to send when someone has already done it.

Because the alternative is that the paragraph never gets written. Organisations don't skip the AI section of their policy out of indifference — they skip it because writing one requires deciding exactly what counts as sensitive, and that is a genuinely hard afternoon that always loses to something more urgent.
So: a decent default, already written, that you can adopt in ten minutes and then argue with at your leisure. It is more useful to us that people have a position on this than that they have ours.
